How can I contact you? How do I use the customer query system?

Our customer service can be reached via the ticket system. We work from Monday to Friday. 


To do this, use the "New support ticket" button on the support page - or simply click here and you will also be taken to the ticket creation page.


Please provide us with as much information as possible when creating a ticket so that we can answer your enquiry in a targeted manner and find a solution quickly.


You can check your ticket status by clicking on "Check ticket status" on the help page or here.


We are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
