Please use our returns portal for item returns. There you can report the items which do not fit you or do not please you, and can confirm their return. We ask you to return the goods to us completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that opened hygiene articles such as underwear or bras are excluded from a return.

Please note: If you return several items, it may be possible that not all items are recorded and processed at the same time. These returns are not lost, but will be processed separately.
