I have not received my order confirmation - what should I do?

You should receive an automatic email order confirmation from our system within 5-10 minutes of completing your order at Party365.com. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, you can always contact our customer service, and request a new order confirmation to be sent. You will also receive another E-Mail from us following the processing of your payment and the shippment of your order.

If you have paid using your PayPal account, you will receive an order confirmation of your payment exclusively from PayPal.
